Useful Information

Measurements & Maintaining Size

Your dress will be made to exact measurements that are taken or supplied to us at the time of ordering. Your weight or size MUST be maintained and this is the responsibility of the bride and not us. Dresses can be taken in but we have little room to take a dress out, however stated above should your body shape or measurements change we cannot be held accountable for this and the bride must pay the alteration costs.

Alteration fees are not included in the price of the dress

Appointment Booking

We Operate on an appointment system for full privacy of all of our brides and to ensure your appointment is tailored to suit you.

We always suggest ringing to book before hand to avoid


Appointments are available and we offer a late night appointments from 5pm till 8pm

All appointments are up to an hour long 


We always advise that you bring your bridal shoes or some of the equivalent height to your appointment.

Payment Of All Orders And Dresses

We Do always ask for a 50% Non returnable deposit on all items before we are able to place your order

The remaining 50% is due 14 days after the arrival or your dress or on your first

We do offer a payment plan to suit your personal circumstances

Returns and cancellation policy

All our orders are tailor made and therefore cannot be refunded at any time all sales are final we do not offer exchanges or refunds under any circumstances

All deposits are final and cannot be refunded

 Sample Dresses

We Do offer a range of sale sample dresses as we do make room for new arrivals these are sold sized un altered and again there is no return
